Isolation between input and output circuits is provided with a transformer in the forward power loop and a temperature insensitive optical link in the feedback control loop. Output regulation is accomplished with constant frequency pulse width modulation. Both line and load regulation are typically within 10 mV. CA34063 Suppliers during brown out and power up/down conditions. During system failure the watchdog timer feature protects the microcontroller with a reset signal. Catalyst's advanced CMOS technology substantially reduces device power requirements. The 93CXXXX is available in 8-pin DIP, 8- pin TSSOP or 8-pin SOIC packages. It is designed to endure 1,000,000 program/erase cycles and has a data retention of 100 years. The software detection includes two status bits: Data# Polling (DQ7) and Toggle Bit (DQ6). The End-of-Write detection mode The ACA34063C and ACA34063C are sensitive, temperature-stable linear Hall-effect sensors. Ratiometric, linear Hall-effect sensors provide a voltage output that is proportional to the applied magnetic field and have a quiescent output voltage that is approximately 50% of the supply voltage. These magnetic sensors are ideal for use in linear and rotary position sensing systems in the harsh environments of automotive and industrial applications over extended temperatures to -40C and +150C. The two devices are similar except for temperature stability over the operating temperature range. See the Magnetic Characteristics table for complete, individual device parametrics. VCC and VSS are the power supply and ground pins. The UR5HCSPI-SA will operate from a 3-5 Volt power supply. To prevent noise problems, provide bypass capacitors placed as close as possible to the IC with the power supply. VX, where available, should be tied to Vcc. |
