The 201CNQ center tap Schottky rectifier module series has been optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable opera- tion up to 175 C junction temperature. Typical applications are in high current switching power supplies, converters, free- wheeling diodes, welding, and reverse battery protection.

The CA332650A meets the increasing demands for higher output power in 3GPP 1XRTT handsets. The PA module is optimized for VREF = +2.85 V, a requirement for compatibility with the Qualcomm® 6250 chipset. The device is manufactured on an advanced InGaP HBT MMIC technology offering state-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability, and ruggedness.
The LTC®1480 is an ultra-low power differential line trans- ceiver which provides full RS485 compatibility while oper- ating from a single 3.3V supply. It is designed for data transmission standard RS485 applications with extended common-mode range (12V to C7V). It also meets the requirements of RS422 and features high speed operation up to 2.5Mb/s. The CMOS design offers significant power savings without sacrificing ruggedness against overload or ESD damage. Typical quiescent current is only 300µA while operating and 1µA in shutdown.
