| CA3310E CA3310E PDF The 30BQ040 surface-mount Schottky rectifier has been de- signed for applications requiring low forward drop and small foot prints on PC boards. Typical applications are in disk drives, switching power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, battery charging, and reverse battery protection. CA3310E Datasheet NOTES 1Based on rise time of closed-loop pulse response. See Performance Curves. 2Based on rise time of pulse response. 3Propagation delay measured from the 50% of the rising/falling transition of WRITE PULSE to the 50% point of the rising/falling edge of the output modulation current. 4Rise time measured between the 10% and 90% points of the rising transition of the modulation current. 5Fall time measured between the 10% and 90% points of the falling transition of the modulation current. 6Aperture Delay is measured from the 50% point of the rising edge of WRITE PULSE to the time when the output modulation begins to recalibrate, WRITE CAL is held during this test. 7Disable Time is measured from the 50% point of the rising edge of DISABLE to the 50% point of the falling transition of the output current. Fall time during disable is similar to fall time during normal operation. 8PULSE, PULSE2, DISABLE, and CAL are TTL/CMOS compatible inputs. Specifications subject to change without notice. CA3310E Suppliers Note: The recommended method for measuring IDSS, or any particular IDS, is to set the Drain-Source voltage (VDS) at 1.3V. This measurement point avoids the onset of spurious self-oscillation which would normally distort the current measurement (this effect has been filtered from the I-V curves presented above). Setting the VDS > 1.3V will generally cause errors in the current measurements, even in stabilized circuits. Converter, Pulse Width Modulation function, HALT and wake-up functions, in addition to a flexible and configurable LCD interface enhance the versatility of these devices to control a wide range of applications re- quiring analog signal processing and LCD interfacing, such as electronic metering, environmental monitoring, handheld measurement tools, motor driving, etc., for both industrial and home appliance application areas. HARDWARE DATA PROTECTION: Hardware features protect against inadvertent programs to the CA3310E in the following ways: (a) VCC sense: if VCC is below 3.8V (typical), the program function is inhibited. (b) Program inhibit: holding any one of OE low, CE high or WE high inhibits program cycles. (c) Noise filter: pulses of less than 15 ns (typical) on the WE or CE inputs will not initiate a program cycle. The 6B Series delivers sensor-to-host signal-conditioning for remote applications. Software-configurable for a wide variety of sensor types, including: analog input, analog output, and digital I/O, the 6B Series is intended for remote data acquisition, machine monitoring, remote energy management and process monitoring and control applications. • SuperWIDE HIGH-DENSITY IN-SYSTEM PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC 3.3V Power Supply User Selectable 3.3V/2.5V I/O 24000 PLD Gates / 512 Macrocells Up to 288 I/O Pins 512 Registers High-Speed Global Interconnect SuperWIDE 32 Generic Logic Block (GLB) Size for Optimum Performance SuperWIDE Input Gating (68 Inputs) for Fast Counters, State Machines, Address Decoders, etc. PCB Efficient Ball Grid Array (BGA) Package Options Interfaces with Standard 5V TTL Devices |
